Monday, 2 March 2009: Horumon with Itou-san

Who is Itou-san and what is Horumon? Two essential questions raised by the title.

Let's start with a call.

Itou-san is one of Anne's students. It makes it all the more (thanks to her photos that she has of her modeling shoots) to give Abeln men. Or rather, they on a fork. So he invited us to dinner (with his boss, Sakamoto-san, the No. 2 No. 1, Sakamoto-san's brother) in a small cute little restaurant, which leads a friend of his. Accordingly, he knew almost all who are there went past our table to the bathroom.

Now to the complex: What is this ominous Horumon?

Strike a "Horumon 'in any dictionary, is the first (and usually only) what we find," hormone. " Do I hope not explain further. Horumon is also something with which to open the Japanese are thousands of restaurants.

salad (Also, white cabbage into strips) with sesame, Kimuchi (vegetables at Korean way sharp installed), and then there are n bit of sauce and to see more pickles . Kimuchi (u wrote, because it's Japanese and make a stop but alittle bit different, right? Actually the name of the kimchi, right? [info] kerimaya ?) Was actually very tasty, but I found it was missing a bit of flavor. It was just sharp.

Grill. So an earthen pot with a few hot coals in it.

it, then we come to the preserves. Or rather the giblets. This is the gut. Was, as expected, was pretty tough, but it surprisingly delicious than I thought. Had at least more taste than some meat, which I've already eaten here. And an ice cube.

My highlight of the evening perfectly ordinary pork. Was of course cheaper than the beef. ^ ^;

That was the last pitiful remainder of the meat ... I think Itou-san gave me the most pushed it over. I stand on nunmal meat. ^ ^; And Itou-san.

I had then ventured to the food under Ramune-Sawa (Sour). That was not acidic, but with the taste Ramune - terribly sweet, artificial drink - very tasty. The two unique flavors balanced out beautifully.
